You are welcome here regardless of who you are or where you came from! We want to show you that God's love is bigger than your past, present, and future—bigger than everything you've ever known! The First Presbyterian Church in Clinton, Missouri, is a worshiping community dedicated to learning together through the study and practice of following Christ, developing in faith and knowledge, and helping others in our community and beyond. We are dedicated to teaching and preaching God's word as well as performing community service for the benefit of everybody. Our focus is on Christ, our purpose is life-changing, and our worship is joyous praise for the Lord's very abundant kindness.
A total of 114 jump ropes was recently donated to Samaritans Purse for the Christmas shoe boxes. Old tee shirts were cut into strips, the strips were stretched and then braided into jump ropes. The result was colorful jump ropes to be enjoyed by children.

Mission Statement
Our Church's overarching goal is to preach and celebrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as to participate in his reconciling ministry. Our mission is to lead individuals to a personal connection with Jesus Christ and to help them develop in Christian maturity as we grow in grace and understanding.
This Mission Statement is still in the works. We must never lose sight of Christ's primary purpose of being open to new paths and directed by the Holy Spirit.
